Fresh and bespoke products
Flowever bouquets are made to order from fresh flowers. Due to their perishable nature and, where applicable, their personalised nature, the statutory withdrawal right does not apply in the circumstances provided by Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Before preparation
If you wish to amend or cancel an order before preparation, contact Flowever immediately. Whether a change is possible depends on the progress of the order, flower purchases already committed and the agreed time slot.
Damaged, incorrect or non-compliant product
The exclusion of the withdrawal right does not remove statutory guarantees. If the bouquet arrives damaged, does not match the order or has a defect, contact Flowever as soon as possible with the order number, a detailed description and photographs. The request will be reviewed to offer an appropriate solution according to the circumstances and applicable rights.
Cancellation by Flowever
If Flowever cannot fulfil the order and no alternative is accepted, the relevant amount will be refunded through the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.
Any future non-perishable products
If a non-perishable and non-personalised product is offered in the future, the statutory withdrawal right for distance sales remains available under the conditions provided by law. Contact Flowever for the procedure and, where applicable, the withdrawal form.
